As a newcomer to Canada, the first update to Ontario's sex education curriculum since 1998 makes me interested because I came from different culture, and I have children in the school. I look over the news about this new curriculum and I found controversy on this issue.

These articles are useful for telling us about two different points of view. I think this is an important topic for parents to think about. Do you know if parents have options (i.e. temporarily withdrawing their child from class) depending on how they feel about the curriculum? Keep up the good work.
